Wallet Rewards

1. Earn Wallet Rewards Rebates when you pay using Lazada Wallet from these categories:

.1 Eligibility: The Wallet Rewards promotion (the “Promo”) is open to all registered Lazada Philippines (www.lazada.com.ph) users with active Lazada Wallets.

1.2 Promo Mechanics:

The Promo apply to all Eligible Purchases made from Jul 1 - Sep 30, 2019 (the “Promo Period”). “Eligible Purchases” shall mean purchases made on the Lazada Platform using the Lazada Wallet and considered as completed orders (i.e. delivered and not refunded).
To avail of the Promo, customers must complete the following steps:

Visit www.lazada.com.ph/ or open the Lazada Mobile App (the “Lazada Platform”) and sign up or login to your account;
Activate your Lazada Wallet by:

Open Lazada Wallet and click ‘Activate My Wallet’,
Enter mobile number to receive one-time PIN (OTP),
Input OTP to verify and activate account;

Browse and select the item/s you wish to purchase then click "Add Cart;"
Once finalized, click the Shopping Cart icon to view the items on Cart;
Select items on Cart you wish to order then click “Check Out” once confirmed;
Review Order details before clicking “Place Order”;
Select Lazada Wallet as payment method and click “Pay Now”;
A confirmation should appear once an order has been successfully placed. You will also receive an email confirming the order.

The amount of Laz Rewards Rebates shall be computed based on the table in Paragraph 1 above. The cumulative rebate per customer is One Thousand Pesos (PHP 1,000.00) per month and is based on the date of purchase:

July 1-31, 2019 – cap of PHP 1,000.00 rebate/customer
August 1-31, 2019 – cap of PHP 1,000.00 rebate/customer
September 1-30, 2019 – cap of PHP 1,000.00 rebate/customer

Wallet Rewards will be credited as rebates into your Lazada Wallet within fifteen (15) to twenty-one (21) business days from item delivery date.
Unused Wallet Rewards will expire after six (6) months from the date they were credited into your Lazada Wallet.
Customers cannot withdraw rebates from their Lazada Wallet. Rebates can only be used for purchases in the Lazada Platform.
Rebates cannot be used to purchase mobile load, digital vouchers, and other cash equivalents.

1.3 Exclusions:

Wallet Rewards are not available for the following item categories:

digital vouchers/e-vouchers/mobile vouchers/gift cards/e-wallet top-up
gold and fine jewellery
formula milk (infant 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-3 years)
feeding bottles, teats, and accessories
insurance
items worth more than Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00); and
other products which may be excluded from time to time due to regulatory laws.

Wallet Rewards Rebates exclude delivery and service charges.
Wallet Rewards exclude voucher discounts and rebates/promotion coupons from reward computation.

2. Other Terms & Conditions:

2.1 All purchases and the use of the Lazada Platform and the Lazada Wallet shall be governed by the Lazada Platform’s Terms of Use and the Lazada Wallet User Terms and Conditions as currently in force (https://www.lazada.com.ph/terms-conditions/), and as may be amended by Lazada from time to time in its sole discretion.

2.2. Lazada reserves the right to alter, extend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Laz Rewards Rebates Promo or any part thereof or any of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without prior notice.

2.3. Lazada’s decision regarding all matters and disputes relating to the Laz Rewards Rebate Promo will be final and binding and no correspondences will be entertained.

2.4. By participating in the Laz Rewards Rebate Promo, you agree to be bound by these Mechanics / Terms and Conditions and to Lazada’s discretion.
